Can blurred text be recovered?
Heavily blurred or pixelated text is very hard to read, but for card numbers or passwords use the Black box option, which removes the pixels completely.
Does the photo still contain location data?
No. The saved image is a fresh JPG without the original's EXIF data such as GPS location.
