Which barcode should I use for products?
EAN-13 is the retail standard worldwide, UPC-A in the US and Canada. You need registered numbers from GS1 for products sold in stores.
Is the check digit added automatically?
Yes. For EAN and UPC, enter the number without the last digit and the check digit is calculated.
SVG or PNG?
SVG scales to any size without blur and is best for print. PNG is exported at 3× resolution.
